Terms and Conditions

1. This Big City Promo Offer (“Offer”) is valid from 3rd November,2020 till 30th November, 2020 (both days included) (“Promotion Period”) on purchase of all beverages and products manufactured, distributed and/ or sold by The Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. having a value of Rs 3,000 and above  (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) from the Select Outlets specified in Annexure A hereto.
2. The Customer would be eligible for an assured Rs. 100 Cashback on purchase of any Products worth Rs 3,000. In addition to this assured Cashback, the Customer would further be eligible to participate in a lucky draw wherein they stand a chance to win either cashback of Rs 100, Rs. 200 or Rs. 500 or a 10g Silver coin or Gold vouchers worth Rs 5,000.
3. The Customer would receive a voucher with a Scratch Reward Code from the Select Outlet where such purchase is made at the time of checking out which may be redeemed by sending an SMS with “COKEOFFER” to 9902391200. The Customer would thereafter receive a text message containing the web-link "cokeoffer.bigcityexperience.com" on their registered mobile number and  also confirming their eligibility for the lucky draw. To redeem the assured cashback, the Customer may visit the said weblink, insert the Reward code, fill up the requisite details in the online form along with their preferred mode of receiving the cashback (Bank NEFT or UPI or Paytm or Amazon Wallet) and submit. The Customer would then receive an OTP via e-mail or text message which needs to be submitted on the webpage. The cashback would get credited to the Customer’s preferred bank account/ wallet within 48 business hours.
4. The Customer would simultaneously become eligible for the lucky draw which shall be conducted by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (“Promo {Partner”) through an independent auditor on a random basis. The Customer would be intimated on SMS on the registered mobile number in case they win any of the prizes in the said lucky draw. If the Customer wins a cashback in lucky draw, they shall get a text message on the mobile phone number provided by them with a web-link and reward code for redemption thereof. The Customer may use the said weblink and reward code, fill up the requisite details in the online form along with their preferred mode of receiving the cashback (Bank NEFT or UPI or E-wallet) and submit. The Customer would then receive an OTP via e-mail or text message which needs to be submitted on the webpage. The cashback would get credited to the Customer’s preferred bank account/ wallet within 48 business hours. If the Customer wins either a 10g Silver coin or Rs 5000 Gold voucher then they shall receive a call from the concierge agency under Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd seeking their Photo ID and address proof details and post verification thereof, the reward would be dispatched to the Customer’s address. The responsibility to protect the data of the Customer so received in accordance with any laws in force shall be exclusively on the Promo Partner.
5. A maximum of one (1) time promo benefits can be availed per Customer, per mobile number/email id per day up to a maximum of 2 time promo benefit redemption during the Promotion Period which may be a combination of Cashback, Silver coin or Gold vouchers, provided that a single Reward Code can be redeemed only once.
6. The validity of the Offer cannot be extended beyond the period of redemption provided by the the Promo Partner and  no claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
7. All Terms and Conditions of the Promo Partner i.e. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd shall be applicable and HCCBPL shall not be held responsible for the quality of service or any delays/ cancellations of the promo benefits by the Promo Partner or E-wallet or the quality and veracity of gifts received in the course of this Promo Offer or any claims with respect to privacy of personal and non-personal information provided by the Customer and extend no warranty thereto.
8.  The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method and HCCBPL shall bear no responsibility for any claims arising out of misuse of financial information or data shared by the Customer in order to avail of such cashback and all such responsibility shall be of Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. alone.
9. If the Customer is not registered with a E-wallet partner, he/ she will be required to register on the chosen E-wallet  partner website or Mobile App to receive their wallet cashback or in the alternative, provide their Bank NEFT or UPI details for transfer into their bank account.
10. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once the Customer submitted the booking.
11. The wallet partner offering any discount promo code may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the discount promo code and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Customers and shall apply to every redemption of cashback promo code by the Customer.
12. The Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period and HCCBPL shall in no way be held liable for such modification/ discontinuation/ withdrawal.
13. In no event shall HCCBPL, Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the cashback including redemption request not being honoured by the wallet partner.
14. In no event shall the maximum liability of the Reward Partner for any claim by the Customer or person acting on behalf of the Customer exceed the value of the cashback selected by the Customer.
15. The wallet partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
16. This Offer is being conducted by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. which is being appointed as a third party by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCBPL) in a principal-principal relationship and neither Party is acting as an agent for the other. For the manner of redemption and execution of the Offer Customers are advised to visit the Terms and Conditions on the website of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Any query relating to the offer is required to be addressed to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. at feedback@bigcity.in.
17. This Offer is subject to promotional availability i.e. till stocks lasts or till the expiry of Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
18. This Offer shall not be applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.
19. Stocks are available for sale even without the Offer.
20. This Offer is non-refundable and not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
21. The Offer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions on the website of the Reward Partners
22. If the winner of the promo has refused or is deemed to have refused to accept the promo benefits or the participation of the winner has been rendered disqualified on account of adoption of unethical practices in violation of the law in force, then PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD shall at their sole discretion be free to deal with such Prize, as they deem fit and proper.
23. HCCBPL is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone or network lines or servers or any other technical failures including any damage to a mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer. The maximum liability of HCCBPL shall not in the event of any dispute, exceed the value of the cashback.
24. If this Offer is interfered with in any way by a virus or unauthorised usage or fraud or otherwise or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of HCCB, HCCB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Customer; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
25. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
